Snowflake Festival & Holiday Store

The most magical time of the year is coming and we need your help to make it shine! Our PTO is looking for two volunteer chairpersons to help lead the planning for:
❄️ The Snowflake Festival – Our big winter celebration!
🎁 The Holiday Store – A beloved tradition where students can shop for small gifts for family and friends.
Chair volunteers will help coordinate other parent helpers, work with staff and PTO board members, and keep these well-loved events running smoothly.
We have plenty of guidance, experience from past events, and a whole community ready to support you!

Harvest Festival

5-7 PM - EO Campus
The Empire Oaks PTO invites you to our annual Harvest Festival!
This year’s festival is packed with fun activities for kids and families, including:
🚗 Trunk-or-Treat: show off your costumes and collect treats!
🎯 Carnival Games: prizes, challenges, and lots of laughs!
🎨 Face Painting: transform into your favorite character.
😋 Food Trucks: The Fry Boys, Santacos & Local Kine Shaved Ice
🍬 And even more surprises!
Admission is free and all are welcome. Bring your family, friends, and festive spirit, we can’t wait to celebrate fall with our community.
Volunteers Needed!
There's many ways to get involved:
- Set up the magic (either Friday after school or Saturday before the event)
- Take part in a student fav… the Trunk-or-Treat (candy provided by the PTO)
- Help manage a carnival game
- Or be an MVP and stay to help clean up!
